			( A-1 )  What is the price I pay covering ?
			M&K Yokoya provides Ex Works services in Tokyo. Prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Customers have responsibility on transportation charges and customs formality.
			( A-2 )  What is the Minimum of Quantity (MOQ) for bulk a customer shall buy ?
			To place an order, a customer shall purchase at least 100 pcs per chosen product and color.
			( A-3 )  Is M&K Yokoya providing samples ?
			Yes, we provide samples with pleasure. In case total sample fee is less than 20,000 JPY, a customer is accountable of the banking charges and commissions inside Japan too.
			( B )  What are the steps and procedures to fulfill the payment of my order ?
			In order to complete your order, you must remit the amount corresponding to your purchase as shown on the Proforma Invoice. Money shall be wired to M&K yokoya bank account as also shown. The buyer is accountable of any extra banking charges or commissions incurred by non-domestic banking operation.
			( C-1 )  When does the production start ?
			Once your remittance has been confirmed, your order is being processed immediately and the production starts.
			( C-2 )  How much time is usually taking an order to be completed ?
			Lead-time depends on category, quantity, colors, and available stocks of raw materials. Your order is usually processed and completed within three weeks of receiving your remittance.
			( D )  How is my order shipping from JAPAN ?
			The shipment is worldwide. We usually use couriers e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS�c
			Important notice: to save you some time, make sure you provide the detailed addressee's information / recipient account number of your courier again when placing your order.
		Terms and conditions
			By signing the order you agree to bound by M&K Yokoya Co., Ltd.'s terms and conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions which the customer may try to impose. Price does not include unless specifically stated: 1.VAT  2.Import Duty  3.Delivery Charges  This order inquiry is subject to M&K Yokoya Co., Ltd.'s approval. Goods remain the property of M&K Yokoya Co., Ltd. until payment has been received in full, in cash or cleared funds. No claim can be entertained for goods not received, damaged, short, pilfered etc. Unless notification in writing has been received within 7 days of any such problem. M&K Yokoya Co., Ltd. above reserves the right to cancel without liability any or all orders of any buyer not respecting the above condition.
